Pan Natal Performance

I collaborated with Louise Dunn from Pan Natal Performance, an energetic and passionate personal trainer based in Maroubra, to create a collection of photos for her website and socials. Louise wanted the imagery to reflect her love of sustainability and earthy, natural energy — values at the heart of her brand. With a background in cardiovascular research, she combines scientific expertise with a holistic approach to support women through every life stage — from teenage years to pregnancy, post-natal recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond — helping them feel vibrant, strong, and confident in their health.

In the photos, I wanted to balance the natural, earthy feel Louise was drawn to while still reflecting her professionalism and passion for training. By capturing her both in the gym and outdoors, using soft natural light and clean, minimal compositions, the aim was to showcase not only her warm, grounded energy but also her dedication to helping women feel strong in their bodies.
